Hello from Norway:-)
My real name is Tanja,and as a teenager I used to have a lot of penpals.I'm married and have 5 grown kids,as well as a family dog. Now that my kids are older it is easier to try to find penpals again. Since I visited South Korea when I was 8 years old, I'd love to find friends from there. I would love to learn hangul,and learn more about your culture and country's history.
Norway is a small country,at least when it comes to people living there. We have great nature, it's the land with both midnight sun in the summer,and aurora borealis(northern lights) in wintertime. We have tall mountains and riverfalls. I hope you'll consider me as your penpal.

제 본명은 탄야이고 10대 시절에는 펜팔 친구들이 많았어요. 저는 결혼해서 5명의 자녀와 가족용 개를 키우고 있습니다. 이제 아이들이 다 컸으니 펜팔 친구를 다시 찾기가 더 쉬워졌어요. 8살 때 한국을 방문했었기 때문에 한국 친구들을 찾고 싶어요. 한글도 배우고 싶고, 한국의 문화와 역사에 대해 더 많이 배우고 싶어요.
노르웨이는 적어도 그곳에 사는 사람들만 놓고 보면 작은 나라입니다. 여름에는 한밤중의 태양과 겨울에는 오로라(북극광)를 모두 볼 수 있는 멋진 자연이 있는 나라입니다. 높은 산과 폭포가 있습니다. 저를 펜팔로 생각해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

My name is KT. I registered on this site but forgot about it for a while, so I just saw your message. I was born in South Korea and live there. I have a loving wife and daughter, and I work at a company.
Norway is a country I added to my bucket list because I want to see the aurora borealis. However, vacations in South Korea are very short, and my daughter is still in school, so I don't have much free time.
I consider myself quite old-fashioned by today’s standards, so when I think of pen pals, I always think of snail mail. However, I don’t necessarily have to use snail mail. I would like to share ordinary events from my daily life or interesting news through pen pals.

요즘 기준으로는 꽤 구식이라고 생각하기 때문에 펜팔이라고 하면 항상 달팽이 메일을 떠올리곤 합니다. 하지만 꼭 달팽이 메일을 사용할 필요는 없습니다. 펜팔을 통해 일상의 평범한 사건이나 흥미로운 소식을 공유하고 싶습니다.

Since we both seem to be quite old fashioned I would like to write snail mail. I have 2 daughters,aged 21 and 23,as well as 3 sons,aged 30,26 and 17. The oldest married 1.5 years ago. Although I don't work now,I went to university and became a nurse,and went to school to get a master in societal safety. I love to learn new languages,and I'm hoping to learn hangul.

우리 둘 다 꽤 구식인 것 같아서 달팽이 메일을 쓰고 싶습니다. 저는 21살과 23살의 두 딸과 30살, 26살, 17살의 세 아들이 있습니다. 장남은 1.5 년 전에 결혼했습니다. 지금은 일을 하지는 않지만 대학에 진학해 간호사가 됐고, 사회안전 석사 학위를 따기 위해 학교를 다녔어요. 새로운 언어를 배우는 것을 좋아해서 한글을 배우고 싶어요.
